Position: Mechanical FitterLocation: Stroud, GloucestershireSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum My client is a leading designer and manufacturer of refuelling solutions and systems for a range of industries including Marine, Aviation and Defence. They are now looking to hire several Mechanical Fitters to join their established team in Stroud. The ideal candidate will come from an Assembly and Production background, will be highly proficient with Hand and Power Tools and will have experience of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems. Mechanical Fitter Job Overview Completing Engineering duties for sub-assembly production, fitting and final assemblyAssembling Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electronic componentsAssisting with the build of fabricated assembliesUsing a variety of hand and power tools in assembly and quality assuranceMarking out, cutting, folding, pipe bending and weld joint preparation as well as completing Hydraulic and Pneumatic runs.
