Day-to-Day of the Role: Planning and Delivering Lessons: Teach up to Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering across study programmes, adult learning, and apprenticeships. Create engaging and inclusive learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs.Assessing and Supporting Learners: Monitor progress through practical assessments, assignments, and exams. Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help learners succeed.Administrative and Professional Duties: Maintain accurate records (e.g. attendance, progress), contribute to team meetings, engage in CPD activities, and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: Level 3 or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
