- Job Description
- The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Manager is responsible for the conduct of the ATO’s approved MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses.
Key Responsibilities include
- Accountable for ensuring that the school is in compliance with regulatory requirements with regard to delivery of Multi crew training.
- Define and monitor the required quality and standard of training given by the MCCI(A)’s.
- Ensure that all multi pilot training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the business.
- Ensure that multi crew training is delivered to meet Skyborne Airline Academy objective of being the safest, highest quality and customer focused training school in the world.
- Management and development of Multi Crew courses.
- Qualifications
- Hold a current UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification with an EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) desirable
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage staff, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels.
- Demonstrable record of leadership in a training management role.
- Extensive experience in training as an instructor for professional pilots license.
- SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience desirable.

- Salary £72,000 - £75,000
- Monday - Friday working pattern
- Available to work on weekends when required
- Occasional travel to second base in Bournemouth
