Are you a passionate and skilled Maths Teacher looking for a new role on the Wirral?
We are seeking dedicated educators for a variety of secondary schools across the Wirral peninsula. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire young minds and make a real difference in their education.
Pay: £150 - £220 per day, dependent on experience and placement.
The Role and Your Duties:
We have opportunities available in all areas of the Wirral, including:
- Birkenhead (CH41, CH42)
- Wallasey (CH44, CH45)
- Prenton (CH43)
- Heswall (CH60, CH61)
- West Kirby & Hoylake (CH47, CH48)
- Upton & Greasby (CH49)
- Bebington & Bromborough (CH62, CH63)
- Ellesmere Port & Neston (CH64, CH65, CH66)
As a Maths Teacher, your key responsibilities will be:
- Delivering outstanding lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5 (A-Level).
- Fostering a love for mathematics through engaging and innovative teaching methods.
- Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure all pupils achieve their full potential.
- Maintaining a positive and safe classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity.
- Collaborating effectively with the wider school staff and science department.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:
To be a successful candidate, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics in a UK secondary school.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one).
