About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape young minds from Key Stage 3 (KS3) to Key Stage 5 (KS5). You will be an essential part of our Maths department, delivering engaging and challenging lessons while contributing to the overall success of the school.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons to students across all key stages (KS3, KS4, and KS5).
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Monitor student attendance, behaviour, and overall well-being, applying the school's pastoral policies as required.
- Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and departmental schemes of work.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training and development days.
- Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and a passion for mathematics.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual who can bring mathematics to life in the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching Maths successfully up to A-Level (KS5).
- A strong commitment to delivering engaging and varied lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students.
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to share best practices with colleagues.
- Familiarity with current educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
- A genuine desire to contribute positively to the wider school life through extracurricular activities or school events.
