The successful candidate will inspire and engage students across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4) by delivering creative and high-quality lessons that help students build strong mathematical foundations and gain confidence in problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to secondary school students.Inspire and support students to reach their full potential in Maths, from basic concepts to advanced problem-solving.Regularly assess student progress, providing feedback and setting goals for continuous improvement.Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and engagement.Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and share best practices.The Ideal Candidate:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.Passionate about teaching and fostering a love of Maths in students.Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 is preferred but not essential.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Available to start immediately.What We Offer:A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for profe
