The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging Maths lessons across all Key Stages, ensuring that every student is challenged, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver challenging and engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (including Pure and Applied Maths at A-Level, depending on experience).
- Assess, track, and report on the progress and attainment of all students, identifying and implementing effective intervention strategies where necessary.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Maths curriculum, departmental schemes of work, and assessment materials.
- Maintain a well-managed, positive, and productive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Participate fully in department meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school professional development activities.
- Actively run or contribute to extra-curricular activities such as Maths clubs, competitions, or booster sessions.
What We Are Looking For
We are searching for a passionate educator who is dedicated to fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for mathematics in all students.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Proven ability to teach Maths effectively across Key Stages 3 and 4 (GCSE), with the ability to teach A-Level Maths being highly desirable.
- A demonstrable track record of securing excellent student results and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Outstanding pedagogical knowledge, classroom management skills, and a commitment to evidence-based teaching practices.
- A desire to innovate, share best practice, and contribute collaboratively to a high-performing department team.
- Strong commitment to continuous professional development and the school's wider mission and values.
