Material Planning Analyst Location - PeterleeDuration – 12 Months (High Chance of Extension)Hourly Rate – £27.28 UmbrellaWorking Arrangements - Fully Onsite The OpportunityAs a Material Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring parts are scheduled, expedited, and delivered to support production. You’ll be stepping in to backfill a contractor who has progressed internally, becoming an integral part of a team of 11 planners under experienced supervisors and a supportive Material Planning Manager. What You’ll Be Doing Managing the planning and flow of materials to meet production deadlinesCollaborating with international suppliers to maintain availability and resolve issuesSupporting the business post-SAP implementationUsing Excel daily (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) to analyse, forecast and reportContributing to continuous improvement; Six Sigma knowledge is a bonusPotential UK-based travel to suppliers (up to 15%) What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in material planningStrong scheduling and expediting capabilityExcellent communication, organisational and numerical skillsAnalytical mindset with high attention to detailSAP experience highly advantageousSelf-motivated team player with the ability to work to strict deadlines If you would like to be considered for this role please don't hesitate to click apply or call Daniel McShane on for more information.
