Material Handler (FLT Licensed)Location: BriggShift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)Pay Rate: £13.42 per hour Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing business based in Brigg to recruit a Material Handler with an in-date FLT licence. This is a hands-on role suited to someone experienced in moving materials safely and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operating FLT trucks to move raw materials, WIP and finished goods Supplying production lines with materials to support continuous operation Loading and unloading deliveries in line with site procedures Accurately booking materials in and out of stock systems Carrying out routine FLT checks and reporting defects Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety About You: Hold a valid, in-date FLT licence (Counterbalance essential; Reach advantageous) Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Confident working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and good communication skills What’s on Offer: Permanent opportunity with a reputable employer Structured 4 on 4 off shift pattern offering good work-life balance Pay rate of £13.42 per hour Ongoing training and development To apply, please submit your CV or contact Elevation Recruitment Group for further information.
