About the RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Mastic Applicator to join our growing team. The role involves applying sealants and mastics to a high standard on new build and commercial projects, ensuring clean, precise finishes in line with site specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesApplying silicone and mastic sealants to bathrooms, kitchens, flooring ,windows, doors, expansion joints on new build houses .Preparing surfaces by cleaning, masking, and removing old sealant if neededProducing neat, high-quality finishes with attention to detailLiaising professionally with site managers and other tradesRequirementsProven experience as a mastic applicatorStrong work ethicAbility to deliver a consistently high standard of finishCSCS card (required)Own tools and PPE but can be provided Good timekeeping and reliabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence (needed) and willing to travel UTR numberDesirable (but not essential)Experience on commercial projectsNVQ or relevant trade qualificationWhat We OfferCompetitive rates of payOngoing work for the right candidate with a good run of workFuel card Company van if needed
