Job OverviewThe Markets Data Lead (VP-C13) is a pivotal role within the Markets Program Management and Execution, Data Solutions group. This position is accountable for the identification, implementation, and successful delivery of strategic data solutions vital for Consent Order remediation within the Markets Business. The role drives the transformation and strengthening of the firm's data governance, modernizing data infrastructure, and streamlining the data operating model to meet strategic priorities. This includes ensuring Markets Business Domains adhere to Citi's Data Governance Policy (CDGP) and possess the necessary tools for effective data governance and management. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with senior management and cross-functional teams, including Data Domain Managers, Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance, to achieve critical Data Governance outcomes and support Article V Consent Order Use Cases. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, data analysis capabilities, and project management expertise to manage complex initiatives under tight deadlines.
