Brenda, founder of Destination Wellness, brings a rich background in Ayurveda, yoga, and holistic retreats. Nicola, director of Hotpod Yoga Saffron Walden since 2016, leads with compassion and connection, inspiring students through her grounded, expressive style. Their partnership began in 2022 and flourished into a shared mission: to create inclusive, transformative yoga experiences that help people reconnect with themselves—on and off the mat.
