A boutique investment firm based in Mayfair is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the business on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a standalone role and will suit a self-motivated marketing professional who is comfortable managing a broad range of marketing activities independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and production of marketing collateral across both digital and print formats, ensuring materials are consistent with the firm’s brand and messaging. This will include presentations, brochures, factsheets and other supporting documentation as required. Overseeing design requirements, working with external agencies and suppliers where necessary to deliver high-quality outputs.Support public relations activity, including liaising with external PR partners, coordinating communications, and assisting with press coverage and announcements.Digital marketing will form a key part of the role, including responsibility for website content updates, email communications and supporting wider digital initiatives.The role will require collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a generalist marketing role, with exposure to design, PR and digital marketing. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.Experience working in the Investment Management Industry is essential
