We have a big project where we manage eight brands. each brand has its own set of social media channels we need to post four-five times a day on each of the accounts across all social media platform, so we need someone who is committed to achieve deliverables and work alongside a multinational large cooperation. 🚫 If your plan is to let ChatGPT do everything while you put in minimal effort, this role is NOT for you. We only want people who use AI strategically — not as a shortcut, but as a multiplier for strong marketing instincts. 🔥 Your Key Responsibilities: Daily content scheduling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Writing high-impact captions with strong hooks, storytelling, and CTAs Conducting hashtag, trend, and competitor analysis to maximize reach Using ChatGPT intelligently to refine ideas and speed up creation (not to replace effort) Light video editing: clipping footage, adding engaging hooks, text overlays, transitions, and formatting for virality Outreach & engagement: connecting with influencers, potential collaborators, and leads Assisting with Shopify tasks and email marketing workflows Contributing proactively to content ideas, marketing strategy, and campaign execution 🎯 Who We’re Looking For: Exceptionally organized, detail-focused, reliable, and proactive Understands how content psychology, virality, and engagement mechanics work Comfortable posting multiple times per day and adjusting strategy based on performance Experienced with CapCut, Canva, scheduling tools, and AI tools (used with intention) Treats this as a long-term professional role — not a side job or part-time gig Driven to grow, take ownership, and eventually step into leadership positions Motivated by performance-based income and long-term career progression 💰 Compensation & Growth Path Starting Salary: $500+/month Immediate Growth Potential: If you deliver strong results, we raise quickly — up to $1,000–$2,000/month.
