Marketing Project Manager Location: London (Tuesday to Thursday in office) | Contract: Until September 2026 (extension possible) | Day Rate: £350-420pd inside IR35. A leading global technology brand is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to drive campaign go-to-market (GTM) coordination internationally. You will be the central point of coordination across creative, content and subscription teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. Project Management: Develop schedules, manage briefs, track timelines, anticipate risks and resolve bottlenecks.Coordination & Liaison: Act as the primary contact between marketing, creative teams, and stakeholders. Manage workflows and ensure timely delivery.Reporting & Insights: Prepare project summaries, performance reports and updates for senior stakeholders.Process Improvement: Streamline workflows and maintain campaign trackers for cross-functional teams. Candidate Profile: Demonstrable Project Management expertise, within creative/tech organisations or in-house marketing teams.Strong understanding of creative industries, subscription services and marketing campaigns.Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including executive leadership.Experience managing end-to-end project workflows.Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
