Responsibilities Support the Head of Marketing with global strategy and integrated campaigns Plan and deliver in-person and virtual events, including an annual investment conference Expand digital marketing across website, social media, email and marketing automation Oversee creation of collateral: factsheets, flyers, presentations and ad hoc content Build and execute multichannel campaigns; promote content; track effectiveness and ROI Ensure marketing compliance; manage sign-off processes and maintain audit records Line-manage two team members; allocate workload, meet deadlines and support development Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives Requirements 7+ years' experience in the investment management industry Proven people management, including performance, development and workload planning Knowledge of UK intermediary and institutional channels in asset management Strong proficiency with marketing and web analytics tools and platforms Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines
