• Are you ready to take ownership of marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can combine strategic thinking with creativity to shape our account-based marketing approach and produce content that truly engages our audience.
• This is a hybrid role, where you can be in the Harrogate office for one to two days a week, travel expected for this role to other sites, events etc.

What you will be doing

• Lead Account-Based Marketing: Design and deliver targeted campaigns that align with business priorities and drive growth.
• Create High-Impact Content: Develop thought leadership pieces, blogs, social media posts, videos, and more across multiple channels.
• Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with sales teams, divisional leaders, and digital marketing to ensure campaigns resonate and deliver value.
• Enable Sales Success: Provide tools, insights, and content that empower our sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Manage Budgets & Suppliers: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What you need to bring along with you

• Proven experience in B2B content creation and campaign delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Innovative approach to marketing with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of digital channels (PPC, SEO, paid social) and campaign strategies.
• Marketing qualification (preferred) and experience in a fast-paced environment.
