CFA Institute is seeking a Marketing Implementation Specialist to support the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, operations, and enablement—helping ensure that marketing functions as an integrated, high-performing business partner across the organization. Role Summary The Marketing Implementation Specialist plays a key role in enhancing marketing effectiveness by streamlining processes, supporting planning and execution, and enabling teams through data, tools, and collaboration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and foster a strong, inclusive team culture. What You’ll Do Marketing Initiatives & Execution Coordinate smaller projects or discrete workstreams within larger marketing initiatives. Support tracking of timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable seamless delivery of marketing work. Gain hands-on exposure to marketing business management practices by working closely with experienced team members. Marketing Planning & Coordination Partner with internal clients to develop plans aligned to marketing objectives, ensuring clarity around timelines, budgets, and resources. Contribute to the annual marketing planning process with data-informed insights and recommendations. Identify potential risks or issues early and collaborate on practical solutions. Operational Excellence Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing processes. Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and continuously look for opportunities to optimize. Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team environment. Training & Enablement Serve as a subject matter expert for marketing tools and systems. Train and support team members in the effective use of marketing platforms and technologies. Facilitate workshops or learning sessions to improve adoption and usage of tools. Culture & Engagement Support and organize team-building activities, events, and workshops that promote inclusion and collaboration. Assist with town halls, communications plans, and engagement initiatives. Gather feedback and data to assess the impact of cultural initiatives and suggest improvements. Data Collection & Reporting Gather and organize data from marketing tools and platforms. Create basic reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making. Help identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis. What You’ll Bring Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Approximately 2 years of experience in a marketing, marketing operations, or marketing management–related role. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics. Project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience supporting strategic planning or annual marketing planning cycles. Familiarity with marketing tools, platforms, and reporting dashboards. Demonstrated interest in process improvement, operational excellence, or enablement. Compensation Transparency At CFA Institute, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring process. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: 35,000-45,000 GBP Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position.
