This role is based at our head office in Bournemouth and involves creating and delivering engaging multichannel marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and supporting sales and audience growth across all our venues. Day-to-day of the role: Support the marketing team in planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging content that aligns with our overall marketing and business strategy.Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and external clients to develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns.Manage workflows, produce content plans, and create materials such as copy, artwork, and imagery in line with brand guidelines and legal standards.Assist in achieving sales targets, monitor budgets, and contribute to the evaluation of marketing strategies to optimise results.Proactively identify new marketing opportunities to maximise event sales and enhance the profile of our venues.Generate and analyse audience, campaign, and sales reports to inform decision-making and future campaigns.Write and produce vibrant digital content across multiple platforms to engage target audiences and drive sales.Develop a consistent visual style across digital content, ensuring our brand and venue identities are recognisable.Manage venue and event websites, keeping content up-to-date and maintaining a consistent tone of voice.Plan and coordinate social media activities across all platforms.Develop and maintain a central content calendar, creating and scheduling social
