We are looking for an organised and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across our products and services. You will help increase brand visibility, support customer engagement, and ensure that marketing tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.Responsibilities • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional marketing • Work with Product, Sales, and Communications teams to coordinate activity around product launches and promotions • Assist in producing marketing content such as brochures, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts • Help manage relationships with agencies and suppliers • Maintain marketing calendars, reporting dashboards, and campaign trackers • Support website updates and social media scheduling • Monitor campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools and help prepare reports and insights • Ensure that brand guidelines are followed across all marketing outputs • Keep up to date with marketing trends and suggest ideas for continuous improvementEssential Skills and Experience • Experience in a marketing or communications role (placement, internship, or previous junior role is welcome) • Understanding of digital marketing and social media channels • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines • Experience using CRM or marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics • Creative eye for content, copywriting, and basic editingDesirable • Experience working in B2B, technology, data, or public sector environments • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite • CIM qualification or willingness to work towar
