  • Are you a creative thinker with a knack for strategy and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns? At The Marketing Studio, we’re looking for a Campaign Strategist to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with marketers to shape and execute campaigns that truly resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.   • How you'll make an impact
  • Collaborate with marketers to define campaign goals, timelines, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, ensuring consistency in messaging and delivery.
  • Work closely with creative teams to produce engaging content and assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to enhance campaign strategies.
  • About You
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry would be a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK.
