Your new company You'll be joining a high-growth, global insurance broker as they continue their exciting trajectory. They've got a close-knit, collaborative Marketing team that is well-regarded internally & has a big focus on career development & progression. Your new roleAs a Marketing Business Partner, you'll have responsibility for a range of insurance brands within their Retail portfolio. This is a broad, generalist marketing role where you'll plan & deliver on marketing strategies, plans, & hands-on execution & you'll manage your relationship with the businesses, key stakeholders, budgets etc. You'll report to the Head of Marketing & work closely with key stakeholders across the business, marketing agencies, & the wider team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in the City with 3/2 hybrid working arrangements. What you'll need to succeed Previous Marketing experience at Exec or Senior Exec level within a regulated industry - Insurance would be ideal but open to broader financial servicesCan demonstrate where you've successfully created & delivered on marketing plans - ideally managing multiple across different brands/productsWhilst you'll have responsibility for the marketing strategy of your brands, this is also a hands-on role, so you'll want to keep executing day-to-day marketing tasks across channels, including digital, social, email, event etc.You'll be able to effectively manage stakeholders & pushback where needed What you'll get in return Alongside a competitive salary of up to £50,000, this is a great opportunity to work with a fab team and a people-first business with a good company culture.
