We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help craft compelling sales materials. You’ll assist with research, outreach, content creation, and the development of a polished sales deck that highlights our services, case studies, and value proposition to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist with creating and updating marketing materials (sales decks, one-pagers, proposals). Research potential client verticals (schools, HOAs, construction, healthcare, etc.) and help build lead lists. Support SEO/PPC initiatives and track performance with our marketing partners. Help manage social media presence and create simple content. Coordinate with leadership to ensure messaging is consistent across platforms. Qualifications: Strong writing and communication skills. Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or other presentation tools. Marketing, sales, or administrative support background preferred. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
