Manufacturing Team Leader (Night Shift) - Driving Excellence in Manufacturing Are you a dynamic and driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are a leading national multi-brand manufacturing company, and due to significant growth and investment in our production capabilities, we are seeking experienced Production Team Leaders to join our high-performing team. As a Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team within one of our key manufacturing units. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding results across Safety, People, Quality, Volume, and Cost (SPQVC) metrics, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 17:00 – 04:00 44 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Provide strong, hands-on leadership to your production cell, ensuring daily targets are met safely and efficientlyDrive performance through coaching, monitoring, and motivating your team to achieve high standards in quality and outputChampion Lean principles and embed a culture of continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimisationCollaborate closely with Value Stream Managers to support strategic goals and deliver operational excellenceEnsure compliance with all HSEE (Health, Safety, Environment & Energy) standards and company policies What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent communication and team-building skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for developing people and processes Why Join Us?
