Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Operative working in our packhouse, you will play a vital role in the preparation, packing, and quality checking of fresh produce. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team to meet customer specifications and maintain excellent food safety standards.

Key Duties

Packing and labelling fresh produce ready for distribution.

Carrying out quality checks to ensure produce meets company and customer standards.

Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).

Following hygiene, health & safety, and food safety procedures at all times.

Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Supporting colleagues and working flexibly to meet production targets.

Skills & Attributes

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Flexible approach to tasks and working hours.

No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
