What You'll Be Doing:In this hands-on role, you will have the chance to work independently after a basic training period. Your key responsibilities will include: Operating a limited number of machines safely and efficientlyUsing guards and safety switches correctlyLocating materials and toolingIdentifying and using the correct parts and machines for productionHandling tools and moulds safelyFollowing production paperwork and proceduresMaintaining high standards of housekeepingFlexibly supporting other areas of production as neededAdhering to all HSE requirements ?? Shift Patterns:You'll work on a two-week rotating shift pattern: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMWeek 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:53 PM Includes a 30-minute unpaid break per shift. �?
