We are partnering with a successful specialist manufacturer in their search for a Manufacturing Manager to lead a specialist production team. This newly created position will oversee a highly capable workforce producing high-quality, bespoke products to stringent regulatory standards.As this role sits at the heart of the manufacturing operation, the successful candidate must bring experience in a similar engineering environment, along with a strong technical background. The Manufacturing Manager will have the opportunity to develop into a broader operational role as the business continues to grow, making this a superb career development opportunity for an ambitious individual.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deploy labour effectively to achieve production targets.Chair and participate in production meetings.Manage manufacturing queries promptly and professionally.Ensure all products meet customer specifications and comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory codes.Promote a right-first-time, quality- and cost-conscious culture.Ensure labour and materials are accurately recorded within the ERP system.Monitor weekly efficiency, monthly output, and overall value-add to ensure budget targets are achieved. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position (40 hours per week).
