• Qualifications
• * 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/5 or above, including Mathematics, English and a Science,
• Technology or Engineering related subject, or 90+ credits in an Engineering
• BTEC at Level 3.
• * A strong interest in engineering and manufacturing.
• * Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• * A willingness to learn and take initiative.
• * Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
