Job description - the role What you will be doing. Working with our Design and Specialist teams to ensure robust and achievable definition of product which meets the demanding service life requirements.Creating and managing industrialisation plans in accordance with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and creating manufacturing process routes, methods, and technical instructions to manufacture new product in the facility.Collaborating with other engineers and supply chain to define trial and production tooling, inspection processes using the latest metrology systems and develop automation and NC programs to produce and finish components.Using a structured approach to solve problems, finding root cause and implementing and sustaining robust fixes.Validating new product for use in production engines by First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) and Method Verification .
