Ensuring that charges levied are in accordance with legal frameworks within which service charges operate.

Ultimately, we want to receive great value for money from our managing agents, so analysing their performance, monitoring for improvements and challenging poor service will all form part of the role.

You’ll build strong internal relationships with colleagues in the housing teams and will rely on their community awareness to help you achieve great outcomes.

Building strong working relationships will be second nature to you. You’ll understand the benefits of not only working closely with colleagues, but by having a professional approach with our managing agents you will gain great results.

You won’t be phased by having challenges conversations at times and you’ll be prepared to share your knowledge and understanding to ensure that Aster receives the services we pay for.

You’ll also be confident in your record keeping and data analysis to enable you to challenge when necessary or evidence service received with may be below par.

This is a home based role, you will need to be a driver and have access to a car for work purposes as there will be a need to do site visits.

We invest in our colleagues because we know if they have a better day at work, the service our customers receive will be better. The Aster Offer is our offer to our colleagues to ensure they have a great day at work and includes things like:
