- Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships. Shape long-term commercial strategy by assessing market dynamics, competitive positioning, and partnership performance to prioritize high-impact growth opportunities. Establish scalable partnership frameworks and operating models that streamline execution, enhance collaboration across teams, and ensure consistent delivery of partner value. Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Research teams to translate business priorities into scalable solutions — ensuring the technical design and implementation align with growth, commercial, and customer experience objectives Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis and use this knowledge to drive effective prioritization and decision-making. Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners. Develop and refine consumer audience frameworks and segmentation strategies to target high-value BNPL customers. Partner with Analytics to analyse customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and product adoption patterns, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute consumer-facing campaigns for Pay in 3 and future BNPL products. Support the development of messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to UK consumer segments. Coordinate go-to-market activities for new BNPL product launches, ensuring consumer readiness and seamless execution. Work with Product teams to advocate for consumer needs, providing input on user experience, onboarding flows, and approval processes. Identify and execute initiatives to improve approval rates, reduce friction, and increase conversion across the customer journey. Define and track consumer KPIs (acquisition, activation, repeat usage, NPS) and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. Partner with Compliance to ensure consumer communications and campaigns meet FCA and Consumer Duty requirements. Liaise with Customer Service to understand and address consumer feedback, feeding insights back into product and marketing strategies. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Significant experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, or growth roles within BNPL or consumer credit. Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for BNPL or installment products. Strong understanding of the UK BNPL and consumer finance landscape, including key players, customer segments, and market dynamics. Expertise in audience segmentation, campaign planning, and GTM execution. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure impact. Experience collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated initiatives. Strong communication skills with the ability to distil complex insights into clear, compelling recommendations. Understanding of UK consumer credit regulations and responsible lending principles a plus. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
