We're seeking a future team member for the role of Manager, Cash & Payments Team to join our UK Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Edinburgh. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee the end-to-end payment process across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring consistency of controls and standards Conduct regular service reviews, quality assurance assessments off offshore team ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs Maintain up-to-date procedures and documentation in line with regulatory expectations Identify, manage and escalate payment related risks, incidents and breaches ensuring incidents, errors and near misses are logged investigated and resolved with root cause analysis Contribute at Operational Risk and Governance Forums Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk and Client Management Escalation contact for client and internal stakeholder queries and escalations from the offshore team Support change initiatives, including regulatory change, new fund launches, onboardings and other fund changes Manage, develop and mentor the staff within the UK Cash and Payments Team, ensuring high standards of performance and technical knowledge Allocate workloads, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews Promote a strong risk-aware and control focused culture within the team Provide support to the other Fund Oversight Teams and the wider UK Trustee & Depositary teams To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Strong experience within Trustee and Depositary, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing In-depth knowledge of FCA, CASS UCITS and AIFMD regulatory requirements Proven people management experience within an operational or oversight environment Strong risk awareness and understanding of control frameworks Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here's a few of our recent awards: America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
