  • Job Description Summary
  • As a Global Mobility Manager, you will serve as a vital point of contact for employees on international and domestic assignments, transfers, and relocations. In this role, you will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external mobility partners to ensure seamless mobility experiences. You will provide expert operational support, manage complex inquiries, and act as the main escalation point for all global mobility–related matters.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the business travel and mobility experience for employees, ensuring full compliance with documentation requirements and Posted Worker Directive (PWD) regulations.
  • Act as the central point of contact for mobile employees, providing specialized guidance on mobility policies, tax matters, and global deployment procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws in each assignment location, including immigration, tax, and labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and client teams to support efficient and compliant deployments of permanent and mobile employees.
  • Maintain budget awareness for workforce deployment, optimizing costs without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Partner with third-party providers to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for accountability and audit purposes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to senior management on deployment activities, case monitoring, and workload metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in mobility operations through proactive planning and strategy.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve processes and service quality.
  • Support the development of automated tools and digital solutions to enhance mobility efficiency.
  • Act as a PWD specialist, ensuring compliance and consistency in business travel–related matters.
  • As you grow in the role, help shape and implement a strategic plan for posted worker compliance aligned with the company’s broader global mobility goals.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in Global Mobility, preferably in a managerial or senior advisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of immigration, tax, labor, and PWD regulations.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process optimization.
  • Ability to manage complex international deployments with a focus on compliance and employee experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
