- We are recruiting a Management Support Officer to provide confidential administrative support to senior managers.
- About the Role
Key tasks include
- Producing and formatting complex documents
- Managing diaries, meetings and event arrangements
- Taking accurate minutes and preparing papers
- Handling correspondence and supporting information management
- Maintaining IT systems and supporting use of technology
- Providing customer contact support for enquiries
- What You Need
Essential
- Office experience using current computer applications
- SCQF Level 7 (e.g. HNC Business Administration or equivalent)
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and minute‑taking skills
- IT skills, including MS Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
Desirable
- Shorthand, audio typing or Customer Service qualification.
- Experience with non‑standard corporate IT systems
