Working closely with local accountants and the wider finance team, you’ll take ownership of management accounts, intercompany reconciliations, and recharges — while supporting continuous improvement across the department.Manage the management accounting process across multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and accounting principles.Oversee and support the AP Assistant with payment runs, bank reconciliations, and supplier management.Review aged debtors and creditors; manage prepayments and overhead accruals.Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (salary control, pensions, PAYE, NI, etc.).Manage intercompany recharges and monthly reconciliations.Oversee fixed assets and payroll recharges.Produce reports on foreign transactions and FX movements.Deliver variance analysis against budgets and forecasts across multiple P&Ls.Support the year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation.Assist with forecasting and budgetingCash flow modelling and supporting CFO with various fp&a projectsYou’re a hands-on, detail-oriented Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, international, and creative environment.
