The Role: Management Accountant The Client: Boutique Investment Manager The Location: London City Centre (3 -4 days in office) The Role: Full ownership of Management Accounts for multiple entities on a monthly basisManagement of all consolidated accounts and intercompany balancesManaging weekly cashflow reportsVariance Analysis - P&Ls and Trial BalanceSupporting the CFO with Board Papers, Budgeting and adhoc reportingCompleting the annual audit and producing financial statementsReviewing and consolidating the outsourced fund accountants work on a quarterly basisManagement of the Accounts Payable / Receivable process The Requirements: Part qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience3+ years experience in a Management Accounting role, ideally in Financial Services / Investment ManagementExperience with multiple entity and cross jurisdiction consolidation.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. AccountsIQ, Sage, NetSuite) and Excel. Desirable: Knowledge of Fund Accounting principlesUnderstanding of investment fund structures, financial instruments, and performance metrics.Strong Excel proficiency with the ability to produce charts and management information packs.
