We are a growing manufacturing business and are looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant / Finance Analyst to join our on-site finance team. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Head of Finance and Managing Director, providing clear, insightful reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the business, close to operations, and turning data into meaningful information.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce monthly management accounts including P&L, variance analysis and commentaryCreate and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Power BIDevelop and improve factory KPIs (labour efficiency, margins, scrap, stock, productivity etc.)Support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecastsAnalyse manufacturing costs, margins and overheadsPartner with production and operational teams to improve financial performancePrepare ad-hoc reports for the Head of Finance and Managing DirectorAssist with year-end and audit processesDrive continuous improvement in reporting and systemsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in a management accounting or finance analyst roleManufacturing or production environment experience is essentialStrong reporting and data skills – Power BI experience highly desirableAdvanced Excel skillsConfident communicator able to work with non-finance colleaguesComfortable working in an office-based role within a factory / operational environmentPart-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) preferredProactive, analytical and commercially focusedWhy Join Us?Work closely with senior leadership and influence business de
