Responsibilities: Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Management AccountsManaging and taking full ownership of two construction companies’ accountsPreparing analysis as required for audit and tax purposesInput of financial transactions into Sage 50Preparing and submitting VAT returnsBalance sheet reconciliations and analysisSupporting our Construction Finance ManagerSupporting construction purchase ledger teamImplementing and monitoring new processes within the departmentOverseeing CIS returns, checks and reconciliation prior to approving submission by the team.Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required Skills & Requirements: Ideally we would like you to be a full/part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA etc.). However, candidates with extensive experience will be considered; as well as assistant management accountants wishing to take that next stepProperty or Construction background preferred but not essential
