They are now seeking a committed Management Accountant / Finance Manager to join their friendly team and play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation’s financial health and sustainability. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven finance professional who enjoys variety and autonomy. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations as well as leading on budgeting, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reportsLead on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processesManage cashflow, bank reconciliations, payroll journals and month-end processesOversee financial controls, policies and proceduresSupport year-end preparation and liaise with external auditorsProvide financial insight to non-finance stakeholders across the charityLine-manage and support junior finance staff (if applicable)Ensure compliance with charity finance regulations and good governance About You Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experienceExperience within a charity or not-for-profit environment is highly beneficialStrong understanding of management accounting and financial analysisConfident using accounting software and ExcelExcellent c
