What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into As a key member of the finance team, you’ll play an integral role in delivering accurate, insightful financial information that supports decision-making across the global group. Your day will be filled with variety, including: Producing polished monthly management accounts and sophisticated reporting packs.Leading the WIP and revenue recognition process end-to-end.Owning accruals, prepayments, journals, and fixed asset accounting.Delivering sharp, commercial variance analysis with meaningful commentary.Producing key KPIs for leadership and operational teams.Performing robust balance sheet reconciliations with real attention to detail.Contributing to budgeting, reforecasting, and financial planning cycles.Preparing for year-end audits and partnering with external auditors.Overseeing supplier onboarding and compliance checks.Enhancing and evolving financial reporting tools and systems.Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives.Getting involved with a variety of ad hoc projects that keep things fresh. <strong
