Description As a Management Accountant, duties will include but are not limited to: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and budgets.Monitor and analyse financial performance against set targets.Support the development of financial strategies and plans.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts.Producing forecasts and cash flow forecastsAccruals and prepaymentsAssist with year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.Contribute to the improvement of financial systems and processes. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: A Full Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ACA/CIPFA) or be actively studying any of these qualificationsStrong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can use their own initiativeAttention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
