We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic in-house finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong management accounting experience and year-end reporting knowledge to contribute directly to business performance, decision-making, and financial planning.Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Full Time: Open to 4 or 5 days a week. Office based: 4 days in Office / 1 day WFH.The Role:As a key member of the finance team, you will take ownership of the full management accounting cycle and provide accurate, timely reporting to support business decisions. You will work closely with departmental stakeholders and the finance leadership team to drive financial insight and control.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and reportsBudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisSupport the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and liaise with external auditorsMonitor key performance indicators and provide actionable financial insightsOversee and reconcile balance sheet accountsManage cost centres, departmental reporting, and internal control processesSupport operational teams with financial analysis and reporting requestsMaintain accurate financial records in line with company policy and accounting standardsWork with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) to streamline reportingThe Ideal Candidate:Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) or equivalent experience / QBEProven experience in management accounting within industryStrong experience preparing year-end accounts and reportingExcellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skillsConfident co
