This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced organisation with a strong brand presence and a collaborative finance function.This newly created role will be reporting directly into the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality management information, supporting operational stakeholders, and helping drive commercial decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple sitesBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysisDetailed P&L analysis with commentary for senior stakeholdersBusiness partnering with site managers and operational teamsBalance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activitiesSupport year-end processes and liaise with auditors as requiredIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies About You Part-qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Previous experience in a management accounting roleExposure to multi-site, leisure, hospitality or retail environments is highly desirableStrong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systemsCommercially minded with the ability to communicate financial information clearlyProactive, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-moving environment What’s on Offer Salary of £50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience and qualification levelHybrid working modelSupportive Head
