This position requires a genuine passion for helping others and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client conditions to the appropriate personnel.SkillsStrong knowledge of anatomy to understand client needs effectively.Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating empathy and respect for clients' dignity.Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.Patience and adaptability to respond effectively to the changing needs of clients.Ability to use Nasogastric Tube and Vast knowledge about NG TubeBreakdown of Shift Charges:Monday16:00 To 22:00<
