You'll be instrumental in our digital transformation journey, designing and building sophisticated No-code/Low-code (NoLoCo) automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across the company. About the Role You'll be translating complex business requirements into elegant, automated solutions using Airtable and Make. Your expertise will help us streamline operations, enhance productivity, and deliver tailored managed services that address our clients' business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain complex relational databases in Airtable with sophisticated data structures using formulas, lookups, rollups, and other advanced features Create multi-step workflows in Make (formerly Integromat) that connect various APIs and apps seamlessly Develop automation solutions that save time, reduce manual work, and create measurable efficiency gains Work collaboratively with our team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Maintain and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed solutions Required Skills & Experience Expert-level Airtable proficiency – You know the platform inside and out, including relational databases, formulas, automation features, and third-party integrations Advanced Make experience – Proven track record designing and building complex, multi-step workflows with API integrations Problem-solving mindset – You can break down complex business problems and create elegant, scalable solutions Communication skills – You can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Self-starter mentality – You're independent, proactive, and take ownership of your work Remote-ready – Comfortable working independently in a distributed team environment Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with other NoLoCo platforms (Zapier, n8n, etc.) Knowledge of APIs and REST principles Experience with data management, ETL processes, or business process optimization Familiarity with the managed services or SaaS industry Project Details Type: Monthly Retainer (Ongoing Contract) Location: Remote Budget: $500 - $800/month Commitment: Part-time availability for maintenance, enhancements, and new projects as needed What We're Looking For You're passionate about the NoLoCo movement and believe automation should be accessible without extensive coding knowledge.
