Here's what you will do

Deliver Excellence

• Leads teams of technical experts in the delivery of complex rail infrastructure projects, and provide the technical inputs and solutions to complex design challenges.
• Collaborate to win
• Provide the strategic plans for key client and programmes and integrates diverse design teams to achieve common goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of and in support of the client’s program.
• Serves as the single point of contact to the client and acts as a liaison between management and clients on advanced program-related issues.
• Interact with the government or public officials and/or clients on significant program matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
• Safety, Ethics & Quality first
• Assess and manages risk on behalf of the client and AECOM.
• Promote and capture innovation and design excellence.
• Promote the digital interfaces, including reviews and reporting between all parties both internal external.
• Promote and incorporate the health, safety and welfare principles into every aspect of the design and implementation.
• Qualifications
• Experience and proven track record in technical delivery of the master planning and design of multidisciplinary rail infrastructure.
• Based in the UK, but willing to visit sites or teams in other countries.
• Knowledge and experience of the regulatory and governance frameworks pertaining to rail infrastructure including entry into service.
• Knowledge and understanding of the health and safety frameworks pertaining to the design and delivery of complex rail projects.
• Experience in the delivery of innovative and value solutions to complex design challenges.
• Experience in the preparation, assurance and validation of design deliverables in a rail environment.
• Degree qualified and a member of a professional technical institution.
