About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining seamless production by responding to breakdowns, routine maintenance, reducing downtime, and ensuring reliability through planned maintenance. Key Responsibilities Respond to machinery breakdowns and routine maintenance to minimise downtime Conduct planned maintenance to improve equipment reliability Support in commissioning new equipment and upgrading existing machinery Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements Hands-on involvement, suited to those who excel in dynamic, fast-paced settings About You This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong engineering background in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably within food production. Key Skills Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing settings Competency in either electrical or mechanical maintenance Desirable: Completed 4-year apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical engineering, and familiarity with hygiene standards in food manufacturing Benefits 33 days
