Maintenance TechnicianLincolnshire, Full Time, PermanentSalary Circa £40,000 per annumOur Lincolnshire based client has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for keeping advanced systems running smoothly.THE ROLEAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll need to ensure the service schedule is adhered to, and all work is carried out to the required standard, as well as:Carry out routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance of all systems and equipment.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to ensure continuous operation of automated and environmental control systems.Inspect and maintain structural components.Assist with installation, upgrades and test of new systems or equipment.Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, inspections and repairs.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and sustainability.Participate in on-call rota and emergency repair coverage when required.Proactive attitude ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues by adhering to company H&S policies and procedures.THE CANDIDATEThe ideal Maintenance Technician will have proven experience in mechanical, electrical or facility maintenance ideally within a horticultural, food production or industrial environment, as well as:A proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety.Able to operate to high standards of compliance.Commitment to undertake continued training and development.Proactive and
