Maintenance Operative - New Residential DevelopmentLocation: West London, EalingSalary: £35,000Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm Join a brand-new, high-quality residential development, with resident amenities including gym, lounge and landscaped gardens. This is a hands-on, proactive maintenance role supporting the smooth running, safety and presentation of a modern residential development - ideal for someone with strong all-round maintenance skills who enjoys variety and ownership in their work.
