You will play a key role in maintaining and improving site operations, supporting breakdowns, and completing preventative maintenance (PPM/TPM) to agreed standards. The role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide breakdown support and perform preventative maintenanceMaintain electrical, mechanical, PLC machinery and site services (pneumatic, water, steam)Support production in running a seasonal fruit pressing millComplete and document all work on SAPParticipate in risk assessments and site improvement initiativesMaintain hygiene and quality standards across the siteAssist with a variety of projects as required Skills & Requirements: Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineerStrong team player with a proactive approachComputer literate (SAP experience desirable)IOSH training desirable Education & Experience: A-Level or equivalent essentialNVQ Level 3 in Engineering minimumPLC experience desirablePreferably 3+ years in manufacturing, fruit pressing, or drink productionShift work experience Pay & Benefits: Salary £48,000 – £53,000Permanent full-time employmentLife insurancePrivate
